Sept 2009: Approval received for site of Poonawalla Aviation’s Manjri Heliport, Pune.
Penta Consulting assisted the client with –
- NOC from the Ministry of Defence (MoD)
- NOC from Ministry of Environment & Forests (MoEF)
- NOC from local authority (documentation)
- NOC from owner (documentation)
- Regulatory clearances & site inspection & approval from DGCA
- Detailed designs & drawings of the heliport- FATO, apron, hangars, other facilities, etc
- Detailed estimation of construction costs
*As of now, this is the only helipad in the Pune Region with all NOC’s obtained and site approval done. The client company is part of the world famous Poonawalla Group & Serum Institute of India under the leadership of Dr.Cyrus Poonawalla.
Rooftop Helipad:
June 2009: Ministry NOC received for Rooftop Helipad site, Oberoi Commerze, Goregaon, Mumbai
